Licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Sam enjoys assisting his buyer clients in their home search process in the Greater Philadelphia area, including the Main Line, Northwest Philadelphia and the New Jersey and Delaware suburbs. Sam holds a BA in Political Science from Vassar College and an MA in Romance Languages from the University of Pennsylvania. Sam is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Sam resides locally in Northwest Philadelphia's West Mount Airy neighborhood with his husband, fellow Compass agent Gregory Augustine, and their beloved rescue schnauzer, Lucas.
