Mr. Ralph J Wintersberger In 2015, I became a licensed Associate Broker and soon after obtained the distinguished designation of REALTOR® from the National Association of REALTORS® following completion of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics as provided by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission and the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®. The pledge of a REALTOR® is to act honestly in all real estate dealings, to protect the individual right of real estate ownership and to widen the opportunity to enjoy it, and to serve the community in an honorable manner abiding by the Golden Rule. It may seem that I am new to real estate but in fact my career started in real estate. At the age of 15 my career started in construction first learning property boundary surveying, foundation work and progressed into all areas including framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and finish carpentry. Then I went into Property Management and Maintenance while attending college obtaining the first of two engineering degrees. My career continued into all areas of telecommunications engineering, construction, property renovation consulting, sales engineering and management. Having multiple investment properties over the last 20 years has provided a wealth of experience in real estate.
