My family recently moved to California with dreams of owning a home. Those dreams came true because of Samson. Among the many things that Samson did, tirelessly, to make our dreams of home ownership possible (and flawless, at that), the highlights of our experience are as follows:

· Flexibility: Home buying involves many moving parts and requirements. Samson took on the role of being the point-person across all of these moving parts, and was flexible (and generous) enough to always be willing to meet me whenever it worked for my schedule.

· Knowledgeable: Samson has an extremely in-depth knowledge of the entire home buying and mortgage process, which was evident from the start. He always advised on the best course of action for us and guided us through the thick and thin of it. Ultimately, everything he suggested and recommended played a big role in the success of our home purchase.

· Personality: Samson has a vibrant personality and genuinely cares about the personal goals of his clients. He knows that this is a huge moment for us in our lives, and he shares that passion. He wants to see people achieve their dreams. I could tell he was emotionally invested, and that meant a lot to us. Throughout the entire process, I felt like he was on our side, looking out only for our best interests by being completely transparent, honest, and listening to our concerns. It was important to him that, above all, we were happy with our decisions.

· Follow-through: Samson coordinated with all stakeholders in the process, including real estate agents (and agents on my concurrent home sale), insurance agents, escrow, internal staff (brokerage, banking, and customer service) and stayed on top of everyone so that nothing fell through the cracks. Saying that he played a big role in this purchase is an understatement. Samson kept everything in order and moving along, going above and beyond what any loan officer would do. And the feedback I got from my realtor and escrow agent was: “Wow – he is impressive! One of the best in the business.”
