I would definitely recommend Laura. I worked with her for several months. She was always on time, prepared, and had a lot of patience as I looked. She was extremely quick to contact me and schedule a viewing once a new property came on the market. It was obvious that she knew what I wanted, and conducted daily checks to see what new properties had been listed for my review. She gave a very personal touch to the service. Once I found the property I wanted, she was great with advising me on bargaining strategy and comparative property values. She represented me extremely well and her advice on dealing with the rent-back, repair negotiation, and closing issues was very helpful.
