Mark is one of the most competent and hardworking professionals I have worked with in any setting. He is an expert in all aspects of real estate and helped me manage multiple small “extra” issues with my sale (condo assoc issues, owned by a trust, etc.) as well as some big issues (it needed to be updated and I lived out of town). He saved me money by putting in his own hard work to fix lots of little things (I say little but I couldn’t have fixed them myself), and he is so pleasant and assertive to boot. I would never work with another realtor!
