I recently bought a home with David serving as the realtor, and he went above and beyond. He was with us every step of the process. He made it smooth as can be, from showing us places at odd hours at short notice, to communicating with realtor, seller, loan representative, contractor and more! He seems to know everyone in the business and has many useful contacts he can vouch for for other aspects of homeownership.
