We found a home relatively quickly and thus did not spend a lot of time with Nicole… However she explained every step of the process in great and well documented detail. She gave sound advice and told us to seek answers elsewhere (with recommendations) when she didn’t have them. As a poly family, she was wonderfully positive and realistic about the things we would need to consider and helped us find resources for that
