I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my experience working with Mary. I have recommended her to any friend or colleague who has looked for a house since. She works diligently and has various connections in the community as well as creative, helpful ways of improving your offer outside of just the price which was what all the difference in this incredibly tough market. She also (unlike the last three realtors I experienced) listened to my needs and found a neighborhood outside of the small area I already knew to find me a perfect home in a neighborhood I love though wouldn’t have thought to look in! I would go to no one else in the future.
