Kevin was a bright spot in a not-so-lit time for us. My husband and I were given short notice that we had to vacate the premise as the building had been sold. We worked with one realtor who was friendly but repeatedly showed us listings that were not in alignment. Kevin was recommended to us by a friend, and he was insightful, efficient, honest, and had a better offering of listings that were in alignment with me and my husband. Kevin being gay/queer himself was a nice cherry on top of the cake.
