I was given Kate’s number a few years ago while trying to settle my uncle’s estate which included a condo in Newark. I’m living in Baltimore and it took much longer than I thought to settle his account. Kate was wonderful, very understanding, supportive and helped me with any questions I had about Delaware. She gave us a name of a contractor that she used for her own home, so far everything is going great! She touches base with me every week as to where we are in the process! She looked up and contacted the condo management offie with questions that I cpu;d have never known to ask! She is very knowledgeable in her field! I hope to stay friends with her after everything is said and done!
