I want to thank David for encouraging me to list my home at the end of the year. There are many opinions to do otherwise and it could not have turned out better. The expertise he provided in orchestrating the upgrading to certain aspects of the home allowed it to stand out among the others that were also listed on the market. He brought his unique insight for style and quality that clearly set our home apart. Given this is my second property to bring to market with David this year, I absolutely would not consider teaming with any other real estate partner.
