Our journey began with a phone call a year and a half ago when we were looking ahead at selling our SF condo but were out of state. David was so personable on the phone and so easy to talk to, that we knew he would be a great fit. He rolls up his sleeves when needed, from pulling weeds, to cleaning water stains on outside walls, to sweeping the walkways and watering every few days. He has great attention to detail, and offered advice and suggestions, but easily pivoted to what we wanted, so we could stay in budget for the pre-sale updates. He has been working with many of his vendors (from handyman to inspectors) for over 20 years, and he project managed all of the vendors, so we did not have to worry about anything. He was available and responsive, and we always felt comfortable talking through things and asking questions. He was patient, and went to bat for us to make sure things went smoothly with vendors, the potential buyers agent and the title company. He was well liked by our HOA when he was on premises, was always professional and courteous, and they appreciated his help with the common area clean up. He takes pride in his job, and is there for his clients every step of the way. David is a realtor you can trust and that you want in your corner.
