We are only first time homebuyers, but I think Michael has to be one of the best in the business. The whole process was buttery smooth, even with a few small hiccups such as discrepancy on the appraisal price. Michael and his team handle everything they possibly can for you, and communicate with the utmost clarity and pleasantness.

We started out casting a wide net (were torn between suburbs and city life), and Michael was patient while we took a few weeks to feel out the differences. He took us on multiple tours that included several houses in a few hours, so we could maximize time and make helpful back-to-back comparisons. One great part of the experience is that Michael has lots of knowledge about home renovations, so he is a hawk about pointing out subtle flaws in a home that might be way more costly than you’d think. He gives you a realistic estimate on what the cost would be to repair, and then lets you make the decision. So it’s basically like getting a free inspection up front. But then when it’s time to make an offer, Michael has an excellent inspector referral. He also offers great referrals for lenders- we applied with both of his recommendations, loved working with each, and simply chose the one with the better rate- again, no pressure.
