Chelsea is amazing. I’ve worked with a lot of Real Estate professionals as an investor and she is by far the best. I’m going to designate her my ride or die agent. Her skills to negotiate the best deal far surpass the most seasoned agent. Her network is immense and her team (that she trained) is on point. I’m the type of person who likes to make investment decision pretty rapidly and she aligned perfectly with my pace.
