Wes walked us through all of our options during an initial discovery call. He let us know up front what we would need to do & even helped us clean up a few items on our credit that needed to be removed or paid down. We had a difficult situation with the seller & FHA approval, but Wes was able to make it happen! We are so appreciative for the support we received from Wes & we aren’t sure we would have been able to get our dream condo without his knowledge, persistence, & determination to close the deal. On a scale of 1-10, we give Wes an 11. He’s such a wonderful guy who made us comfortable with our first time homebuyer experience.
