We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Steven! We were moving from a different state and already working in Florida. The market was crazy so you had to move fast and hope your offer was accepted. Steven remained patient and positive! There were times that he spent all day with us going from one side of Orlando to the next showing us houses, then there were times he met us on a drop of a dime to show a house that just hit the market. He even did video calls when our schedules didn’t allow us to meet. He kept telling us that eventually we would find the house of our dreams and we sure did! It all paid off!
I never put that much thought into Realtors, but there were occasions when we interacted with other agents with Steven, and by far he was more professional and experienced than others.
The moment he earned our trust was when an inspection came back pretty bad. I was curious as to whether or not he would try to talk us into moving forward with the purchase of the house. He knew we were pretty desperate so it would have been easy for him to do. But he was honest and recommended that we not proceed with that particular house. He’s a good man and we highly recommend him!
