Needing to relocate from the Midwest to the Phoenix area way back in 2005, I searched and found Nick online. The 2005 housing market was insane, so I got to know Nick very well during phone calls and weekend trips to look for houses. During all of these visits, Nick was professional and attentive to my housing wants/needs…while keeping a good sense of humor. In a crazy twist of events, I put a deposit down on a house that I had not even set foot in. I trusted that Nick knew what I was looking for and wanted. Nick was right! I still own that home today.
