Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Rachel helped make the process so much easier. She provided us with a market analysis to help determine the best asking price for our home and was honest and upfront about how to price our home to ensure our home would sell. Rachel’s marketing of our home was excellent, including holding multiple open houses, ensuring our listing looked good online, updating the listing pictures, etc. Her professionalism and market knowledge were invaluable and ensured that we got the best price possible for our our home . She was especially adept during the selling negotiations.
