Real Estate is actually a third career for Jeff.  He spent the first 15 years of his working career in the Information Technology industry and then transitioned into the Healthcare Administration arena for the next 15 years.  Throughout his career, both in IT and Healthcare Administration, Jeff has utilized strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure his client and customers’ success.  Along the way, he was given the opportunity to become a coach and has had numerous public speaking engagements. In June of 2017, Jeff decided to make a change and follow his life-long desire to get into Real Estate.  He has a goal of helping 50 families over the next 12 months with buying a home, selling a home, or investing in Real Estate. Jeff is on staff with CASA of Southwest Missouri (Court Appointed Special Advocates), an organization that works with children in Foster Care and enjoys volunteer work in the community, working with organizations such as The Gathering Tree (serving our community’s homeless population), Rare Breed Homeless youth center, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and the Social Response Team for The Venues Church.    Finally, Jeff is on the board of Embrace Springfield, a local support group for Transgendered individuals and their allies. Jeff and Ray, his spouse of 35 years, have lived in the Springfield, Missouri area for the last 15 years.  They have two grown children and five grandchildren.
