Hello and welcome to my bio.   As an accomplished Circle of Excellence recipient, the goal evolves with each new client and the possibilities become limitless.  Growing my real estate business and meeting new and sometimes old friends has been the most pleasurable part. There are several elements that sets me apart from other agents. Foremost is sticking to the time frame and price range that it will take to sell a home. Sometimes this may include removing items that could turn a potential buyer off, painting and staging.  Another key factor is listening to what my clients are searching for and expanding their horizons outside of their comfort zones as we look for their forever home, summer home, or simply the best home for now, that's my forte'. It's all about building relationships. From the sellers to buyers and renters, everyone has a plan, my goal is to see them through to their most desired end result.
