Joe’s propensity for how style functions with each client started early in his career and coupled nicely with his business trajectory. He rose through the ranks of a luxury department store and took the helm as the store director at two specialty stores. Before apprenticing under one of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty’s top brokers, he consulted for an internationally acclaimed architecture and design firm and worked with a top new construction broker in Seattle who nurtured small and medium-sized builders to construct new houses around the Puget Sound. He would go on to be one-half of a two-person team selling homes inside one of Seattle’s newest high-rise condo towers, Nexus, in the booming Denny Triangle neighborhood. Here, he sold the remaining penthouses and sub-penthouse level condominium homes.
Known for listening, acting with urgency, and a strong sense of empathy, he actively communicates with his clients to help them achieve the ideal outcome in their home buying or selling journey. His clients appreciate it, which is why it has earned him such a strong referral business. From first-time homebuyers to C-suite level executives, entrepreneurs to healthcare providers, and creatives to financial professionals, Joe’s clients have varied just like the types of homes that pique their interest. He is praised for his ability to connect quickly and intuitively with people, forming strong professional and personal bonds with clients.
Joe has called Seattle home for 36 years. He enjoys tennis, sailing on Puget Sound, mid-century architecture, traditional and modern design, photography, staying active, cooking, and is the owner of an adorable French water dog.
