Since 2002, I have been a leading San Francisco Real Estate Agent. With hundreds of past transactions, I am a well-regarded Realtor and an industry innovator. In addition to my deep connections throughout the San Francisco real estate community, I am the founder of SFhotlist.com, San Francisco’s original real estate blog, and the co-founder of BernalHeights.com.
At Danielle Lazier + Associates, we take a team approach to real estate. Buying or selling a home in San Francisco is a complex, sophisticated and often deeply personal endeavor. The client deserves the full service and attention that only a team of experts can consistently provide. Working with us, you will have the personal attention traditionally associated with the client-agent relationship improved by the professionalism and consistency of a thoughtful business model. And yes, superior results will follow!
On a personal note, I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. My clientele works in diverse industries with an emphasis on technology, finance, medicine, law, business and the arts. My business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and their introductions to friends, family and neighbors. This track record is only possible because we deliver both results AND an enjoyable experience.
Reared in the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) and Dallas, Texas, I have an effective combination of Southern charm and Northeastern tenacity. I like to win (for my clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. I live in a San Francisco Victorian with two Pomeranians. My astrological sign is Gemini and, as an aspiring flâneuse, I am good person to ask for food, wine, shopping and travel tips.
I graduated from the Hockaday School in Dallas, TX and Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. As a licensed Broker (as opposed to Salesperson), I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiations techniques.
