Over 75 million in transactions in 6 years /

I moved to San Antonio after living in Washington DC for 26 years. I can translate San Antonio to other transplants and help them navigate living blue in a conservative state. San Antonio has great gay enclaves for transplants. My husband and I are very happy living here even though I never thought I would live in Texas!
I'm a top realtor with over $75 million dollars worth of transactions over the past 6 years.
I grew up in the United States and Mexico and joined Kuper Sotheby's International Realty to pursue a career in Real Estate after attending Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and working for high profile companies such as The World Bank, The Nature Conservancy and USAA. I have a B.S. in International Economics. My professional and academic background has equipped me with an excellent understanding of how to integrate financial and negotiating expertise in selling or buying your next house, condo, or investment property.
My first year in real estate I received the Rookie of the Year Award with over 5 million dollars in sales. I have also been involved in the first luxury condo development in San Antonio as Sales Director for The Arts.
My professional background, cultural sensitivity and market awareness allow me to help both non-local and international clients with equal expertise and dedication. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian. Part of my approach and commitment is to help connect my clients to the communities and activities that interests them in San Antonio. My knowledge about this historic city comes in part from volunteering at The McNay Art Museum and other local non-profit organizations. Over 65% of my business comes from referrals from former clients.
One of my passions is dog rescue and I take into consideration your non-human family member's needs when helping you find your next home. In addition to helping dogs, and the occasional cat, my interests also include horseback riding (hunter/jumper), scuba diving, skiing and finding the elusive perfect Oaxacan mole dishes in the San Antonio restaurant scene.
