1981 - Charles' grandfather opens Bob Lowry Realty. 1982 - Charles' mother becomes a licensed agent and begins working at Bob Lowry Realty. 1997 - Charles obtains his license and begins working as a new home sales agent for Beazer Homes where he consistently won awards as a top salesperson. 2002 - Charles becomes an independent agent and begins personally representing buyers and sellers. 2003 - Charles begins to work with Buffini and Company, a business coaching company that focuses on delivering the highest levels of service to clients and working exclusively by referral. 2005 - Obtained his broker license. 2009 to 2012 - REO listing agent for Capital One. 2017 – Awarded the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) Designation which is the highest-level designation awarded by the Prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. 2017 – Awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Residential Real Estate Council.  2019 - Began working as Associate Broker for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Arizona Properties. 2020 – Added commercial real estate sales to my areas of expertise. 2021 – My husband, Scotty Lowry, got his license and we started working together to better serve our clients.
