Scott is a Pacific Northwest native and proud to call it home. Raised in the small town of Tenino, Washington, his family’s roots are grounded in the logging industry.  Being the son of a small business owner, he learned and obtained a high importance and value in setting timely goals, keeping a commitment to your word, having meaningful and significant pride in the quality of each and every day of an honest day’s work, and establishing and maintaining relationships with members of various communities.   Scott’s initial step into real estate began when purchasing his first home. He was amazed at the level of professionalism, knowledge and relationships that are necessary to complete a deal. Unknowingly, the entire process ignited a deeper interest and vested ambition to become a real estate investor. Doing so provided the vital and essential tools to navigate the fluctuating dynamics of having experience being involved on both sides of a transaction. Through his journey he truly understands that a home acquisition or sale can be a significant yet challenging undertaking in one’s life.   Scott’s focus and detailed attention to excellence are always present when he meets with you.
