Wayne was born and raised in the Northern California East Bay. After graduating from high school, he attended California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. Today, Wayne’s résumé includes solid experience in agent recruitment, resource management, legal issues, conflict resolution, and marketing; and he is widely recognized as a talented business coach and mentor. In a real estate career that spans over a quarter of a century, Wayne has repeatedly demonstrated skill and achieved success in both sales and management. He led Coldwell Banker’s top-producing team in Walnut Creek and, during his last year with that team, closed 115 transactions. He attributes his success to extensive farming, communication skills, and customer service. Beginning in 2000, Wayne became a manager with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and eventually was put in charge of the company’s flagship office in Danville. Eighteen years ago, Wayne came to Southern California and managed offices in Laguna Beach from 2003-2012. In 2012, he moved to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties (formerly Prudential California Realty), where he currently manages the Newport Beach & Corona Del Mar offices and serves as the Orange County Regional Vice President. In 2006 & 2008 he served as the President of Laguna Board of Realtors and in 2016 Served as President of Orange County Realtors. Wayne has been a director at CAR, California Association of Realtors since 2005 and NAR, National Association of Realtors since 2015. 2019 & 2020 Served on the NAR Multi-Cultural Advisory Group to Leadership for NAGLREP. Wayne currently resides in Downtown San Diego.
