In 2000, Raymond began his real estate career. He specialized in selling single family residences on the north and south shores of Long Island. After 4 years in real estate, Raymond decided to complete his bachelor’s degree from FIT in Advertising and Marketing Communications. After graduation in 2008, he realized real estate was a passion of his and joined one of NYC's largest brokerages. Raymond has continually expanded his coverage area and currently services Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. Looking out for his clients best interests is Raymond’s top priority. Whether you’re looking for a NYC condo/coop or a house on the island, Raymond will provide the same standard of impeccable service. Raymond says, “I try to treat my clients exactly how I would like to be treated if I was moving. Moving in NY can be a frustrating experience, let me ease it for you!” After his first year in Manhattan real estate, Raymond was presented with the Rookie of the year honor, selected as the top agent within their first year. Please call or email Raymond to discuss anything real estate!

Raymond helped me sell my home and was always available to answer my calls and ease my concerns. He really puts his clients best interest above his own which I find many agents are just trying to make a commission off of you. If you are looking for an agent with integrity, that can be trusted, then I highly recommend him!
