THIRD TIME WORKING WITH MISS MAE 🙂 WE LOVE HER!!! My mother relocated out of state and decided to sell her home. This was the first time she had ever sold a home and Wendi-Mae was wonderful in explaining everything from step one to the finish line. As you know selling a home doesn't come without its issues, like a leak from the air conditioner and Wendi-Mae coming to the rescue to head off any issues by sending over one of guys to tarp the house before the rain came in that night. Of course this was at 7AM on a Saturday. She went the extra mile and worked in getting the air conditioning company to be there when the roofers came to make sure the roof was good in the areas that leaked due to the poor condition the air conditioner was installed. Then having one of her painters come in and fix where the leak made it into the house, of course right at the entry of the front door hallway. It was like the house knew it was being sold after all these years and wanted to let you know it was upset. I met Wendi-Mae through a mutual friend when I was looking for a local knowledgeable realtor to sell our home.
