Helping clients with the largest purchases of their lives is much more than unlocking doors and writing contracts. It is bringing together many fields of knowledge in the right place and the right time to guide you through the process. I purchased my 1st abandoned home when I was 25. It was so far gone the only way to purchase was to borrow the money from my boss. It took 7 years and a lot of long nights but I doubled my investment on that home which opened up a world of opportunity to me. My goal is to help create those opportunities in the queer world. What would it mean to queer culture if you could make a 6 figure profit tax free every 2 years and you could put some of that profit into a passion project of yours?
What I bring to the real estate world that is somewhat unique is that I have a portfolio of experience that makes me stand out in my field.
1- I have a Bachelors in Science Design Degree which included architectural history. This means I can effectively guide you into architectural styles and time periods that will likely fit your needs save you time searching for homes.
2- I have been a carpenter then a construction project manager / engineer - I have seen a lot and have been in the front lines of large scale negotiations and deescalations of tense blow ups in the field, I bring that knowledge to work for you everyday.
3- I personally converted an 1 room school house into a 3 bedroom home, performing most of the work myself, I have also restored historic homes. This portfolio of experience allows me not only to guide you on the scope of work but also connect you with professionals to get the work done right.
4- With my renovation background I can spot signs of poor workmanship before we write and offer - saving you time and money
5- I monitor the market for high leverage zones for those people looking to build home value quickly.
6- My marketing stands out for my listings with my powerful buyer perspective my strategy connects with more buyers faster than the average agent resulting in stronger offers and higher sales prices
7- I am also very civic minding focusing on what I can give back. I sit on the board for Queer Business Alliance providing peer to peer mentorship for queer owned businesses. I also participate in the Homes for Heroes program, a non-profit that rewards those people serving our community as teachers, fire fighters, veterans, police and medical fields.
This may all sound a little braggy but I assure you I am humble and I approach each day with gratitude. I am a critical part of the biggest transaction most of you will be a part of. That role is taken very seriously. My promise to you is I am here to guide you, calm you when you are stressed, assure you when there is doubt, coach you where you can grow, teach you when you ask, and stand with you through out the process.
I look forward to working for you -
