Hello! I have been doing mortgages for over 15 years (I say I started in Kindergarten). I am licensed in multiple states. I tend to have two major niches 1) Self-Employed borrowers-- you know the people who most lenders tell no, or  have the incorrect notion that they must have two years of being Self-Employed 2) Investments--- yes, everyone loves a short term rental, but most lenders shy away from it. I say, bring it on, baby! Of course, I also handle a ton of purchase loans and have a wide array of lenders that I work with for Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and non-traditional mortgages as well.
