While his passion for real estate was developed early on through his mother’s successful business in his hometown of Palos Verdes, California, Nick began his own career in the industry in New York City. He quickly became an integral part of one of the city’s top producing teams—servicing clients throughout the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets—and has since gained years of experience working on new developments as well as individual condo, co-op, and townhouse resales. Nick joins Corcoran with a track record of over 200 closed sales since 2013. He has a reputation as a knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy guide through the many challenges of NYC real estate, and whether consulting with developers on floorplans and design, working with sellers on staging, or negotiating deals for his buyers, he can always be relied upon as an honest and empathetic voice. He prides himself on his thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and sunny disposition. A creative at heart, Nick received his Bachelor's degree from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts. When time allows, Nick loves nothing more than catching the latest Broadway musical. He is a huge film buff, and enjoys dining out, decorating (and re-decorating) his apartment, and spending time with his husband Robert and their French bulldog, Prunella.
