Russell helped us through the twists and turns of buying two homes and selling one with lots of patience and great counsel! He’s knows his stuff and gently steered us in the right direction when we were considering this house or that one, this neighborhood over that one, etc., etc, etc. So many decisions to be made in the process and he made it less stressful for sure! Never failed to follow up on something he said he would do/send. And he’s just a really nice guy to boot — always cheerful, smiling and happy to see you and answer questions he’s answered a million times before.
