My husband and I were incredibly fortunate to have Raymond as our realtor for the purchase of our first home. As new buyers who also happen to be new to WA state, there was a lot to learn about the home buying process. To add to the mix, we had a nearly 2-year-old toddler and a baby on the way while we were house hunting and the COVID-19 pandemic was in full swing. Raymond patiently guided us every step of the way. He accommodated our schedules to view homes on short notice and quickly communicated with us via phone, text message and email. This involved chatting early in the morning and late at night. He ensured that we were well-informed about the city, neighborhood, builder etc of each home we considered. He gave us tools to evaluate crime and school ratings. Raymond learned our preferences for home location, floor plan and decor. He made sure that we didn’t compromise on what we wanted. He gently pointed out things we might not be aware of. For example, we loved one particular home but didn’t recognize that it’s steep backyard wouldn’t be safe for our kids until Raymond spoke up about it. When we found a home that we loved, Raymond helped us strategize our offer and we believe this helped us secure the home. We are so happy with our new home and feel blessed that Raymond was with us with each step.
