Keith has blown us away with his service. Has been there at every step . . . and often one step ahead. Just a fantastic experience working with him. If we sell the house in a few years, he’ll be our first call.

Keith knows the market, and more importantly, knows houses. He drew our attention to things we may not have noticed. Not pushy, but extremely knowledgeable. He seems to have an inexhaustible list of contacts to help with repairs and services, and works closely with them to make sure we get what we need.

Other than a quick visit to Sarasota to view houses, the home buying process has been done remotely. We really dreaded this, but working with Keith make it easy. we never felt as though I didn’t know what was going on. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
