I can’t recommend Joe highly enough! This review is long overdue. I had a fairly complicated situation of needing to sell my condo in Dorchester, that was still being rented out to long term tenants, while I was living in California. When I first spoke with Joe he assured me he would take care of everything for me and he did not disappoint. From lining up the lawyer, working with my existing tenants to doing an amazing job setting up and showing the condo (he managed to get me over 5 offers over asking in 2 days) – the process couldn’t have been more seamless. I was able to do all this without a single trip back East and honestly just over a couple of phone calls/texts and emails.
