I was attempting to buy a property in Manhattan long distance – from Colorado. After I made an offer on an apartment and signed a contract – a process that was more complicated than I am used to and through which Jeff guided me – several issues came up prior to close that made my particular purchase more than difficult. Jeff was there every step of the way for me, going above and beyond his role many times to smooth the way or to help me get things done from afar. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to any buyer or seller of real estate in New York City. He knows the City very well, is knowledgeable on a neighborhood-by-neighborhood basis and provides excellent advice and guidance. I’m not sure I would have made it through to close with my sanity in tact were it not for Jeff.
