We moved into the Orlando area at the beginning of 2018. We first met Shawn and Jimmy at an open house during our first initial looks at houses in the Orlando area. After meeting with them, we knew that this was a team that would take care of their clients. Shawn and Jimmy knew that we were not yet ready to commit to the purchase of a home, as we were still in the middle of renovating and selling our home in South Carolina. We received updated home listings per our specifications as the homes were listed on the MLS so that we could be aware of how the housing market was trending in the area. They kept in contact with us and even helped us to learn the area by offering suggestion for places to eat, visit and explore. They treated us like dear friends, not just a client looking for a home. They helped us to find our ground and stick to our guns when we did find a home that we wanted to offer on. They never made us feel pressured into buying a home that we were not completely in love with. After months of looking, Shawn and Jimmy helped us to find and purchase our perfect home!
