I worked with Jake Bluvstein to purchase my first home. We spent an afternoon viewing a few properties I had selected and he threw in some that I hadn’t seen yet but were similar. He was knowledgeable and gave honest opinions on the houses we saw. We didn’t find a good fit the first weekend but he was quick to respond the following weekend and even set up a couple showings over a holiday (where we did find a house to make an offer on!).

His positive personality and professionalism made him a joy to work with. He was supportive through the negotiation process. He had contacts ready for the inspection and lending process. Overall a smooth experience for what is a big personal life event. I can’t recommend working with Jake enough!
