Moving back to Michigan after being away for 26 years I wasn’t familiar with the housing market and was a little nervous about the (whole buying process). After the first visit with Jacob and viewing some houses, I felt more at ease and had a better understanding of things. He was straight forward and honest and didn’t sugar coat anything like some salesman do, In fact I had a contract on a home and after the inspection there was some things I felt uncomfortable about, I learned real quick that Jacob and his partner Chloe had my best interest in mind and they represented ME, they didn’t want to make a quick sale, they wanted to find the best house for me. The next day after that contract fell through, I found a new listing an hour away from the original area I was looking, he drove there immediately and showed me the house, he even did a quick search of the town and told me there was a spa and tea room in the downtown area, that was awesome!!! I made an offer and closed a few days later. I Love my new Home, Thanks Jacob
