Once again David did a fabulous job selling my property. This is the second condo I have listed with him. I recently inherited it from my parents, and he was with me step by step through the whole process. This sale was much more difficult for me because I had just lost my remaining parent and had to clean out the property myself. When I could not do anymore David and his people stepped in and finished it for me. There were some unforeseen difficulties towards the end of the sale and David handled those problems as well. It is so hard when you are grieving and selling a place that holds so many memories. I could not recommend David more and he got me 50% over the asking price!
