Dan was excellent in how he handled our purchase. We were from out of state. He listened to what we were looking for. He did a Skype to view our current home to better understand our taste. We flew to Phoenix and he showed us a limited number of homes. We purchased the last one and closed in 30 days. Dan oversaw the whole process. It was smooth and painless.
