Were we ever fortunate! My husband and I recently decided to purchase a condo in New Orleans. Our circumstances are a bit unusual in that we live in different states (LA & MI). We wanted to do business with a gay realtor and searched some suggested websites. There we found and Skype interviewed a couple of realtors. With Keith, we knew right away we had found the one for us, and he never let us down throughout the process. Keith listened to us and understood what we were looking for, he was regularly communicative and responsive, patient in working with us being in two different locations, straight-forward and direct in his advice and feedback, and resourceful in getting us to where we wanted to be. In our case, he happened to also end up serving the seller. He navigated that successfully, and we never doubted that our satisfaction was his highest priority. We may not purchase another property any time soon, but if by chance we do, we will hope to be able to work with Keith again.
