Not only that but she was truly an advocate for me. She was very knowledgeable and always gave me honest advice when considering properties so that when it did come down to making a final decision I was confident that it was the right decision. When it came down to making an offer, her negotiation skills were excellent. I got a full sellers credit and all requested repairs were completed at no cost to me. In the end, I found a property that I love in the location I wanted. I do plan on using her services again in the future.
