Patrick received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Vanderbilt University and managed construction projects in the Midwest for several years. Over 25 years ago, Patrick decided to move to Colorado to pursue a career in real estate. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver, Patrick worked in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, leasing, property management and construction on retail, industrial and hospitality assets.  Through the years, Patrick began purchasing and remodeling residential homes as primary residences and investment properties. After spending time in many of Colorado’s mountain towns, he decided that nothing compares to what Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley have to offer and bought in and moved up over six years ago. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time skiing, hiking, playing pickleball and attending the many cultural amenities Aspen has to offer. Patrick has held his Colorado real estate license since 1995. His continued presence and vast network in the Denver market also allows him to help service clients in their real estate needs in the Denver metro market as well.
