Sponsor & Exhibitor To Do List
  1. Register your attendees.  All sponsor and exhibitor attendees are required to register prior to the event.  If you receive complimentary registration(s) and require your comp code click here
  2. Host Hotel Book the group rate at the Riviera Palm Springs Resort & Spa.  The group rate cutoff is Sept 9. Rooms will sell out so don’t wait.
  3. Discounts. As a sponsor / exhibitor you may share a $100 off registration code with your affiliates and customers.  If you require your code contact us
  4. Expo Booth. As a sponsor / exhibitor you receive One (1) expo booth. Expo hours are available here
    The pipe and draped booth is 8ft x 10 ft and includes one 6 or 8 ft table, power, wifi, 2 chairs, and wastebasket.  Send all booth materials to arrive no later than Friday September 27 to:

    Palm Springs, CA 92262The location of your booth will be determined approximately 30 days prior to the event.  We will contact you.  Largest sponsors receive 1st selection, and exhibitor tables are selected by NAGLREP.
    To receive boxes, the hotel charges $5 per box under 100 lbs, and each box over 100 lbs is $100.  Fees will be accepted onsite only.  To ship back out after the event it is necessary you box, label, and prepare your parcels to be picked up.  Simply leave parcels at your expo booth and call your carrier for pick up.  There is no business center or other staff that will do this for you.
  5. Tote Bag. Send one (1) tote bag insert, quantity 600, to be received no later than September 27, 2019 to:

  6. Virtual Tote Bag. Q: Who should attend the 2019 NAGLREP Conference?

LGBT and allied real estate professionals and executives who work (or want to work) with the LGBT community. This includes real estate agents, brokers, mortgage originators, title officers, appraisers, home inspectors, escrow officers, insurances agents. The event also offers solid visibility for corporate partners that wish to make inroads with LGBT real estate professionals and LGBT home buyers and sellers.

Q: Do I have to be LGBT to attend this conference?

No. Many allied real estate professionals who work with (or want to work with) the LGBT community attend our conference.

Q: When does online registration close?

One week prior to the start of the conference.

Q: What is your refund policy?

Registration fees minus a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded until September 1, 2018. No refunds are available for cancellations made after September 1, 2018.

Q: What is the dress code for this conference?

Business casual is proper attire for all conference sessions while resort casual is appropriate for evening events.
