Kristi Kennelly, former Broadway performer, has been involved in real estate marketing and mortgage technology since 1998, but boasts she can still do a headstand. Her focus is effective marketing strategies/tactics, communication and how to best leverage technology to get it all done. Kristi has rejoined the Realtor.com team as a National speaker after spending 9 years leading the marketing department for Interthinx, a First American Company and recipient of Mortgage Technology Magazine’s prestigious10X and Synergy Awards. She enjoyed creating and producing training films for the mortgage industry and government agencies such as FSI: Fraud Scheme Investigation and Fraud Angels, generating thousands of requests and garnering over 20 accolades. She spent the last year as VP of Marketing for ARMCO, rebranding the company from head to toe in 12 weeks and building the marketing team from the ground up. She supervised daily operations for brand manag ement, public relations, content marketing, lead generation, design, advertising, conferences/sponsorships and special events. For those interested in the Broadway career, Kristi was the youngest performer ever hired for CATS (she performed in the Broadway, National and Los Angeles companies as “Rumpleteazer”) and played opposite Matthew Broderick in How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying. Yes, she’s played Peter Pan – you’ll see that just makes sense. Kristi is married with one son, is a Little League fan year-round and can do a mean impression of raindrop.
