Kristen Galaudet is the Strategic Markets Marketing Research & Development Manager for First American Title. Kristen uses her 12 years of marketing experience and diverse background to facilitate the development of multicultural marketing programs from research through execution. She is responsible for building training courses explaining nuances of different multicultural communities that are aimed at teaching First American Title staff how to better serve customers of all cultures. In her role, she also analyzes demographic data to help determine viable target markets surrounding First American’s branch location.

Kristen is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration. During her time at Cal Poly, she dedicated 18 months as a volunteer for the Wheelchair Foundation ultimately helping to raise enough money to send almost 500 wheelchairs to disabled children around the world. Prior to joining First American Title, she spent 5 years working in marketing and corporate event planning capacities, including two seasons with the Oakland Athletics. With her experience in marketing, culturally diverse background, and language skills, Kristen has found her niche and passion in Strategic Markets.
