Bringing Your Authentic Self To Work
Being able to be who you are in all parts of life is not always a given. On this panel you will hear from several who operate at a high level and get the opportunity to bring their authentic self to the job with the support of their company.
Moderated by Coldwell Banker VP of Luxury Craig Hogan, featuring Jamie Zapata, Lucio Bernal, Lauren Muehlethaler, Ricardo Rodriguez and Christopher Fling
Lauren is a high-energy, consumer-centric, global marketer with 15 years of luxury industry leadership. She has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing brand communications strategies for top-tier organizations, and is passionate about storytelling and building strategic partnerships that simultaneously fuel revenue growth and resonate with consumers.
In her role as Director, Luxury Marketing, Lauren is focused on driving global adoption and usage of the Coldwell Banker Luxury program through training, speaking at events and working with some of our top agents and companies. Lauren has been passionate about real estate for as long as she can remember, and recently became a new homeowner to a beautiful 1937 Center Hall Colonial.
In her prior life, Lauren was Senior Director of Brand Development at ELLE/ELLE.com – the world’s largest fashion and beauty media brand with 46 International editions around the globe (consider this your open invitation to chat about fashion with her anytime). In her role @ ELLE, Lauren led the launch of Hearst’s first social and mobile-optimized influencer community – The ELLE Inner Circle, oversaw global brand positioning efforts across all consumer channels, and helped maintain ELLE as the #2 monthly magazine brand in the country based on advertising volume. Prior to her job @ ELLE, Lauren held various positions at Conde Nast (Vanity Fair and TEEN Vogue) and got her start in marketing at the PMX Agency in NYC. She graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in English and Marketing, and was a rower on the Women’s Varsity Crew team.
When not at work, Lauren enjoys chasing after her two children (ages 3.5 and 1), traveling, finding new ways to spend money on home improvement projects (much to her wife’s dismay), and training for her first half marathon.
